This course has been approved by the Iowa Department of Education for renewal of an Evaluator Approval License.

Learners will engage in a variety of instructional methods (group processing, modeling, lecture, group presentations, coaching) to accomplish the learning goals.  Learners are first introduced to foundational content for all Fierce Conversations and then learn Team, Confrontation, Coaching and Delegation conversation models. 

Full attendance, class participation and submission of class assignments are required in order to earn credit.
