This professional learning session will focus on the use of the Algebra Assessment and Instruction: Meeting Standards (AAIMS) tools to support progress monitoring within Iowa’s Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework. Participants will explore how AAIMS measures align with Iowa’s continuous improvement cycle and how they can be used to set meaningful goals, develop action plans, and make data-driven decisions to enhance student outcomes.
Designed for both Special Education and General Education teachers, this training will provide hands-on experience in administering and scoring AAIMS tools, interpreting data, and understanding the strengths and limitations of each measure.
